Due to restrictions on selling alcohol outside the UK we are currently unable to sell ICON products overseas. We’re working hard to change this but in the meantime, please register for further updates and we’ll send you information as we grow and develop new markets and brands. 

In order to shop for ICON Beverages products, you need to sign up for an account here. Signing up is easy and will allow you to manage your orders, change your delivery details, receive promotional offers and track any orders you’ve made.


From time to time we may offer pre-ordering of stock.  Where this is the case we will ship all of your order together when the last item is back in stock/arrives.  As our extensive range of items comes from all over the world we often have to estimate when an item will be back in stock.  We'll let you know if there is a delay on the expected arrival date in advance of that date.  You can find the expected date for items that are pre-ordered within the product detail page of Icon Beverages.


Because we house all of our beverages under one roof, we’re able to deliver all of our products quickly without having to go through any third parties.  Delivery starts at £4.99.  Where all of the items are in stock, we endeavour to dispatch all orders received before noon(Monday to Friday excluding Bank holidays) on the day that the order is received.

Due to UK restrictions on purchasing alcohol, all deliveries will need to be signed for by an adult of at least 18 years of age. We offer economy and express delivery(subject to your area for when your thirst for iconic beverages just won’t wait).

Age Restrictions

It’s illegal to sell or supply alcoholic beverages to anyone under 18 years of age in the UK. By creating an account with ICON Beverages you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and are not purchasing for or supplying to anyone under the age of 18.

Our couriers are required to ask for identification if they are in any doubt that the person signing for the delivery is under 18. If no legal photographic identification (a valid passport or driver’s licence) is provided, our couriers are not permitted to hand over any alcoholic products.

Returns & replacements

You can return your order for any reason within 7 days of the delivery date, as long as all bottles are unopened and intact.

Icon must be made aware that the return is being made by either email or telephone within the 7 days of delivery. ICON Beverages will provide a RMA number, returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. We’ll refund the full price of the returned items within 30 days of receiving them back at our distribution centre.

It’s your responsibility as a customer to make sure that all returned products are suitably packed and sent for safe delivery. The customer is responsible for paying for the return of the items back to ICON Beverages.

Payment, Pricing & Promotion

Payment for ICON products and their delivery can be made by debit or credit card at the Check Out and we also accept payment via Paypal.

We will always go to great lengths to make sure that you can buy ICON beers, wines and spirits at reasonable prices. Prices may go up at any time but this will be made clear on our product pages before you buy.

Account holders can choose to receive information about our latest promotions. Prices may vary depending on what promotions are available at any one time.

Viewing Orders

Before an order has been placed, you can view your shopping cart to manage the products that you’d like to buy. We may suggest some products for you, based on any previous purchases.

Once an order has been placed you can track it online, so that you know when you can expect your delivery to arrive.

Updating Account Information

Account holders can easily change their delivery addresses when they log in. Any changes to a delivery address must be made before an order is submitted to ensure that our products reach the right location.

As an account holder you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
