St Patrick's Day Rocktail Menu
Celebrate St Patricks like a rock ICON with some of our twists on classic recipes.
It should go without saying in this day and age, but please; DRINK RESPONSIBLY
Rock Of The Irish Martini:
Pour whiskey into a martini glass.
Give it a swirl around the glass in order to coat the inside, and drain the excess whiskey (some recipes are unclear as to how you do this; we advise not wasting it).
Pour the vodka and dry vermouth into a shaker filled with ice, shake well, and strain into the glass.
Please note, this recipe is for a pitcher! We really mean it when we say to drink responsibly!
500g Green Tomatoes
Half a Cucumber
1-2 Jalapeno Chillies
1 Tablespoon Sugar
The Juice of Two Limes
Blend the green tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeno(s), water, lime juice, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a generous pinch of cayenne pepper in a blender until smooth. Stir in vodka.
Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Mix together 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper on a plate. Wet the rims of 4 glasses with lime wedges, and dip each in salt mixture, turning to coat.
Stir the mixture well, serve on the ROCKS.
